CL's Advice: I wear my usual Ranch Blouse size in this ICE-BLU edition, a cold-soaked 38. Please refer to sizing chart for approximate raw/soaked measurements.
Soaked = 30mn cold soak, spin dry and line dry (ie. minimal shrinkage).
CARE
Hand wash or machine wash on delicate, cold water, minimal eco-friendly detergent. Turn inside-out to avoid marbling of the fabric. Line dry only.
This fabric will develop attractive patina over time, according to the owners activities, frequency of wear and laundering choices.
STORY
The Mister Freedom RANCH BLOUSE pattern is our original take on classic denim jacket styles from the Golden Age of American workwear, 1930s to 1950s. The Ranch Blouse has a 1930s ~ 1940s flare with the traditional bell and whistle ie. the pleated front and the buckle back.
Our 12 Oz. ICE-BLU denim twill, the Mister Freedom interpretation of vintage colored denims features a sky blue indigo warp and ecru weft and solid white selvedge.
To match the Ranch Blouse, we gave our Californian Lot.674 the "ICE-BLU" treatment. For the Texas Tuxedo-shy, mixing-up either top or bottom with traditional darker denim might be the ticket. Either way, these two pieces are quite versatile for anyone with a sense of style anchored in old classics.
